Directory Jesse Green is a dedicated servant leader
committed to advancing the principles of brotherhood, service, and community uplift. As an educator and autism consultant, he brings
a strong focus on equity, wellness, and access to support for individuals and families. In his role
as Health Initiatives Chair for the Pi Gamma Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Jesse helps
lead efforts that promote health awareness, education, and sustainable community impact.

Board Treasurer Charles Griffith, Jr.
Director Griffith, a native of Eagle Mills, Arkansas, has called Rutherford County home for 25 years.
A two‑time retiree, he served in the U.S. Army and later worked for the State of Tennessee. He is a proud graduate
of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.His career includes 20 years as a U.S. Army officer and logistics leader
with assignments across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He spent 13 years with the State of Tennessee,
serving as a Junior ROTC instructor at Whitehaven and Eagleville High Schools, Head Track Coach at Eagleville, and a staff accountant.
For 15 years, he has also operated GI JOE GRIFF, providing tax services, website support, blinds installation, and handyman work.
Griffith is deeply involved in community service, including 40 years in Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, 13 years as commander of American Legion
Post 177, and leadership roles with the Bradley Academy Historical Association, the Friends and Family BASS Fishing Club, and the UAPB ROTC
Commissioned Officer Association. He and his wife, Cheryl, have been married for 40 years and have two adult children.
A longtime member and Deacon at Living Truth Christian Center, he is also a lifelong fisherman who strives to help others succeed
through the lessons he has learned as a leader, accountant, and outdoorsman.
